Oven Roasted Herb New Potatoes

A fast way to make savory potatoes at home. This recipe features our fresh-cut Garlic Dill New Potatoes and dresses them
up a little with a hint of basil, rosemary, and thyme.


  • 2 large sides of Boston Market Garlic Dill New Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 fresh garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh basil, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 425°
  • Cut New Potato wedges in half
  • Add chopped New Potatoes, garlic, rosemary, thyme, basil, and oil in mixing bowl and mix well
  • Put on a sheet tray and roast for 10 minutes
  • Take the potatoes out of the oven and stir
  • Roast for additional 10 minutes, stir and serve
