"We went in the restaurant and the General Manager Gordan made us feel so welcome that it made us forget about our problems, even if it was just for a little while. We really enjoyed the visit! That was good, but then yesterday, when were at the hospital he had food sent to us for free! I couldn't believe he thought about us even after we were gone. I wanted to make sure that someone knew about us and that we will be eating at Boston Market for life because of this man."
"20 of us arrived unannounced after a funeral. Manager Ashley and her team made us feel incredibly welcome. They re-arranged seating, and even came to our tables to take our orders. Some of us ordered a 5 family meal and a 6 family meal. Ashley set up the food like we were at a buffet, allowing us to spend a lot of needed time with each other. The meal was piping hot, the food fantastic. Ashley's team checked on us frequently, and even brought balloons for the kids afterwards. We were there 2 hours. Some of us had been to a Boston Market prior, but most had not. The food and the team's attention would have made a full service restaurant proud. Ashley and her team made 20 lifelong fans."
"Hi, I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had at Boston Market this Thanksgiving. I've been a long time fan of Boston Market, I even remember the days of Boston Chicken. I spent Thanksgiving alone, as I could not afford to fly home. While the staff at Boston Market was overworked, they were still helpful. The people all around me were in a sour mood, yelling at the workers, but the Boston Market staff kept their cool. Their eagerness to help, and decision to work on Thanksgiving made it a better day for everybody who decided to eat there that day."
"I have a grandson who has ADHD. He started acting crazy during dinner. You have a manager there named Chris Ramage. He came over and asked if everything was fine. I explained to him about my grandson. Chris took out a piece of paper and started drawing some games on it that my grandson could play. My grandson was happy and occupied, and I was able to finish my dinner, all because of Chris's customer service. I couldn't believe he did that. I'm still in shock about it. I will be coming back to Boston Market everyday. I was so embarrassed because of the scene my grandson was making, and Chris never lost his patience or acted upset about it. He was so nice and patient about everything."
"I wanted to compliment one of your employees in the Waltham restaurant. A few weeks ago a was in a bad car accident where I broke one of my legs and one of my arms. I called the restaurant to see if someone could help me with my order, Ricardo answered and I explained my problem and asked if someone could help me out of my car to order my family's dinner. Ricardo came to my car with a take out menu, he took my order, went back in the restaurant put it together, brought it out to me, took my payment and brought my change back and even refused to take a tip. He was amazing and even had me teary eyed with his personalized service. I will never forget it."
"My friend and I had a most pleasant experience in dining at your Alton Road store. The manager, William Webb, was circulating around the customers to make sure their meals were satisfactory. He was smiling when he approached us, and we were happy to say that we were enjoying our turkey dinners. He did notice the red parsley potatoes on my plate that I had barely touched. When he inquired, I told him that I couldn't eat garlic. He immediately offered to make me a serving without garlic, and he did! I do believe this was management above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. I told him I would write to compliment him and the rest of his very helpful staff. Kudos to all!"
