Unfortunately yes. Similar to airlines, we have several times a year when our restaurants are too busy to accommodate these special events. Therefore, we ask you to schedule your date outside of the following dates: The week before Easter and Easter Day. Two weeks before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day. One week before Christmas and Christmas Day.

Fundraisers must be scheduled at least three weeks ahead of time, but four to six weeks are ideal. It allows your organization time to get the word out.
