This option is a great way to bring schools, churches, or other organizations together to share a meal and raise money for their cause at the same time. Here's how it works.
Boston Market will:
- Help you select a dinner menu.
- Provide a discounted per person rate.
- Provide a Customer Tracking Form and a Customizable Flyer on our website.
- Deliver, set-up, and replenish the buffet during the dinner.

Boston Market charges JFK High School $7.25 per person for dinner. The high school then sells 250 tickets to dinner for $10.00 per person. The school retains $2.75 per person, raising $687.50 in one evening.

Your organization will:
- Determine a date and location to hold a fundraising event. Note: Your facility needs to have tables and running water to have an event. Indoor locations are recommended.
- Contact Boston Market at
1-866-977-9090 to reserve the date.
- Set the price for the dinner.
- Promote the fundraising dinner among your members.
- Finalize the final headcount five (5) days prior to the event and call
1-866-977-9090.
- Keep the difference between the price of the dinner and the cost.
