Deliver, set-up, and replenish the buffet during the dinner. Boston Market charges JFK High School $7.25 per person for dinner. The high school then sells 250 tickets to dinner for $10.00 per person. The school retains $2.75 per person, raising $687.50 in one evening.

Your organization will: Determine a date and location to hold a fundraising event. Note: Your facility needs to have tables and running water to have an event. Indoor locations are recommended. Contact Boston Market at 1-866-977-9090 to reserve the date. Set the price for the dinner. Promote the fundraising dinner among your members. Finalize the final headcount five (5) days prior to the event and call 1-866-977-9090. Keep the difference between the price of the dinner and the cost.
