INGREDIENTS
23-oz. package Boston Market Cinnamon Apples
1 quart vanilla ice cream
14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS
To make the dulce de leche, remove the label from the can of condensed milk, but do not open the can . Set the can into a saucepot. Put water 2/3 of the way up the side of the can. Put the pot on a stove and simmer gently for about 45 minutes. Turn the can over, and heat an additional 45 minutes. Add more water, as necessary, when the level simmers down too much. Let cool. The resulting sauce will be a tan color. Heat the Boston Market Cinnamon Apples according to package directions. Scoop vanilla ice cream into a dish. Pour hot cinnamon apples over the ice cream and drizzle with dulce de leche.

Chefs Note
Keep a close eye on the can of condensed milk. If it shows any signs of expansion, immediately remove it from the heat and let it cool. If you are concerned about the high-pressure nature of the recipe, you may poke a small hole in the top of the can and lower the water level to allow the internal pressure of the can to be released. This method will take a bit longer.
