INGREDIENTS
1 cup Boston Market Mashed Potatoes
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dry savory
1/4 tsp. dry thyme
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS Mix the potatoes, flour, and herbs together. On a floured surface roll the dough out to 3/4-inch thickness. Cut triangles out of dough. Pan fry in heated oil and drain on paper towels. Top with shredded Parmesan or your favorite cheese, herbs, or sour cream.
